PSV Den Bosch was no problem for PSV

[ 2010.07.07. ]

PSV defeated Den Bosch 4-1 in a confident game. This was the first serious training match of the pre-season period.

Den Bosch, a second-level team welcomed PSV on home grounds. Fred Rutten fielded a strong starting eleven, including Balázs. After a few minutes of getting to know each other Nordin Amrabat used a gap in the defence-line and dodging the goalkeeper scored the leading goal. Den Bosch equalized with a goal which could well have been disallowed as offside, and then came Jeremain Lens’ moments of triumph. Lens joined PSV this summer, and scored twice against Den Bosch: first after Ola Toivonen’s cross, then Amrabat assisted him to the second goal.
Seven players were substituted at half time, Dzsudzsák left the pitch among them. There was only one goal in the second half, Jonathan Reis brought home a penalty.
The next training match will take place on 13th July, the opponent will be local rival FC Eindhoven.
