Easy win and moving forward in the Europa League

PSV got into the group stage of the Europa League with a confident victory against Sibir Novosibirsk. Balázs scored twice and was the best of his team.
PSV defenders had not much to do at the match, the home pitch gave the players wings. PSV started with much élan, Dzsudzsák led the attacks, but his initiatives were missed by his teammates. The ice broke in the 38th minute, when Marcus Berg forwarded Jeremain Lens’ cross into the goal.
The second half brought a sensational 4-goal performance from PSV, the Russian players did not have a chance to get as far as the other half of the pitch. Orlando Engelaar scored first, then Ola Toivonen found the goal from outside the penalty box. In the 74th minute the visitor’s keeper failed to gather Lens’ shot and Balázs managed to get the ball in between the goalie’s legs. In the last minute PSV got a due penalty for one of the fullbacks’ handling the ball – Dzsudzsák converted the penalty with grace. With this he doubled the number of his international goals.
After the final whistle Balázs, as best of the game was asked for a short comment by the Dutch broadcasting TV company.
